Of course this week has been Halloween, I have had a great week of celebrations and not let the glum weather darken the week. I went to Manchester to celebrate, and it wouldn’t be complete without fancy dress of course! And for those who know me would probably say its inevitable that I’d turn up as a cat! With black ears sprouting from the top of my head and fluffy tail trailing behind me this was what Halloween celebrations is all about!
There is a new film coming to cinemas soon, Marilyn Monroe invented her public persona at the expense of concealing a private side know only to her close confidants. Fifty years after her death, her creation still blazes brightly in our cultural imagination, and this film will be portrayed more like a documentary and it said to be “different from any other”…be sure to check it out! I know I will
Wow! This is such an amazing picture! Two of the world’s biggest stars of all time in the same picture. Towering above the rest of society looking over amazing views. The amazing black and white colouring gives it an almost sinister aura. The classical stars that will never be replaced and has touched so many people’s hearts. Amazing Picture!
I came across this artwork whilst browsing on the internet last week. I think it’s absolutely amazing! It’s been drawn by a Manchester based artist and it not yet currently for sale. I would love to be able to draw to this standard; it is such a rewarding thing to produce such a fantastic piece. I’m sure it won’t sell for anything less than it deserves anyway! I’m sure a keen Marilyn fan like myself will pay an extraordinary amount for this.
